## 2. Enquiries and Bookings
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not automatically confirm a booking.
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
1. The required booking information has been provided.
2. The service package and pricing have been agreed upon.
3. Any applicable advance payment has been received.
4. Mirth Memories has confirmed the booking.
Availability of photographers, dates, locations, and specific services is subject to confirmation.
## 3. Pricing and Payments
Prices may vary depending on the selected package, event type, duration, location, number of photographers or videographers, and additional services.
The payment schedule and advance amount will be communicated to the client before confirmation of the booking.
Any additional services or requirements requested after confirmation may result in additional charges.
All applicable taxes or government charges, where applicable, may be charged separately.
## 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the package and booking agreement.
If a client cancels a confirmed booking, any advance payment or booking amount may be non-refundable where stated in the booking agreement.
Requests to change the event date are subject to photographer availability. A rescheduled booking is not guaranteed until the new date has been confirmed by Mirth Memories.
Any cancellation or rescheduling charges will be communicated to the client before the booking is changed.
## 5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding:
* Event date and time
* Event location
* Contact details
* Schedule and important ceremonies
* Special photography requirements
* Venue restrictions or permissions
The client should inform Mirth Memories in advance about any venue-specific photography restrictions, permissions, or access requirements.
## 6. Photography and Creative Style
Photography and videography involve creative decisions regarding composition, lighting, editing, color grading, music, and overall presentation.
The final photographs and videos may therefore vary from examples shown in our portfolio.
Mirth Memories will make reasonable efforts to deliver work consistent with the agreed style and package.
## 7. Delivery of Photos and Videos
The estimated delivery time for photographs, videos, albums, and other deliverables may vary depending on the selected package and project requirements.
Delivery timelines may be affected by:
* Event size
* Number of photographs
* Editing requirements
* Album selection and approval
* Client delays
* Additional editing requests
* Technical issues
* Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Where applicable, the client may be required to provide selections, approvals, or other information before final delivery.
## 8. Editing and Retouching
Mirth Memories applies its professional editing style to the photographs and videos delivered to the client.
Basic editing, color correction, exposure adjustments, cropping, and other agreed editing services may be included depending on the selected package.
Extensive retouching or special editing requests may incur additional charges.
## 9. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Mirth Memories may use selected photographs or videos created during a photography assignment for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, exhibitions, or other promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy and consent requirements.
If a client has specific restrictions regarding promotional use, these should be discussed and agreed upon before the event or assignment.
## 10. Copyright and Usage Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright and intellectual property rights in photographs, videos, designs, and other creative materials remain with Mirth Memories or the applicable creator.
The client receives the usage rights specifically agreed upon as part of the selected package or booking agreement.
The client may not sell, license, commercially redistribute, or substantially alter the delivered photographs or videos for commercial purposes without prior written permission, unless such rights have been expressly granted.
## 11. Client-Provided Materials
If the client provides photographs, videos, music, logos, documents, or other materials to Mirth Memories, the client confirms that they have the necessary rights or permissions to provide and use those materials.
The client is responsible for any claims arising from materials supplied by the client that infringe the rights of another person or organization.
## 12. Third-Party Vendors
Some photography assignments may involve third-party vendors, venues, makeup artists, decorators, DJs, event planners, printers, album manufacturers, or other service providers.
Mirth Memories is not responsible for delays, cancellations, errors, or service failures caused by independent third parties beyond our reasonable control.
## 13. Events and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Mirth Memories will make reasonable efforts to provide the agreed services.
However, we may not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, government restrictions, venue restrictions, illness, transportation problems, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where reasonably possible, we may attempt to arrange an appropriate replacement photographer or alternative solution.
